Who I work with
I work with individuals who are struggling with life transitions, relationships, job frustration, and/or unhealthy habits. I help clients traverse crossroads in life and find their inner direction: to create more meaning in their life, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others, greater job satisfaction and a healthier lifestyle. I also help clients to balance work, family and self-care in life.

What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership model in which the client is the expert in his/her own life, holding the answers.
From the Adler program:
“The client sets the agenda. The coach’s role is to partner with client to support them in achieving their goals. The coach is a thinking partner, advocate and champion. The coach focuses on the future, and looks to the present and past only to inform the approach to forward movement. The coach works to connect client to their deepest values and desires, and to create their own model of success. The coach delivers primarily increased awareness, expanded choice and enhanced self-trust. The client delivers on their own goals based on that enhanced inner foundation.”
